tomato chutney

in preparation for the tomatoes coming ripe i've been looking at chutney recipes for a few weeks now. a chutney is sort of a coarser grade catsup, much like meatloaf is to paté. the photo on the left is what went into this (minus the big red tomatoes which i decided not to use in this version). the recipe includes - tomatoes, fenugreek seed, mustard seed, coriander seed, cumin, chili powder, brown sugar, turmeric and garlic. on the right is the finished version ready to ship out to my eager eaters. next batch will be sweet
