well after chutney and tomato sauce and roasting/packing them in olive oil, what else is there to do with all the yellow tomatoes i have? homemade ketchup of course
this photo shows them stewing before being blended and reduced to thicken the ketchup
8-12 good sized tomatoes
1 medium onion
1/2c brown sugar
2/3c cider vinegar
2tbl mustard seed
cook until thickened, blend until fine, simmer on medium heat until thickened.
