came up with a new theme last night (after talking to a friend), making cheesy american classics and trying to gourmet them up a bit. first up in a possibly ongoing series - english muffin pizza
this time with homemade tomato sauce, aged salami, manchego + a local cow's milk cheese, sun dried tomatoes and olive oil drizzled over the top all on english muffins
