mir's sorbet
3 cups juice (mix of blood orange and clementine with pulp added)
3/4 organic sugar
mix 1 cup of juice and sugar in a saucepan and simmer on low heat until sugar dissolves. pour into remaining juice and follow your ice cream maker directions. i added mexican chocolate shavings at the very end
