recent work

thought i would show some photos of recent work finished this week. i am busy crafting things for the upcoming Crafts n'At Faire on August 29th here at Soldiers and Sailors Hall, as well as for an upcoming Arbor Aid show (and more on that in a few weeks.

this first tray is out of cherry with runners in cocobolo. i love the grain on this, it reminds me of the vast Valles Marineris on Mars.

continuing the theme of planets, this one reminds me of Jupiter's large storm. its from a piece of reclaimed maple also with runners in cocobolo.

and lastly a tiny drawer for a table i am building for the Arbor Aid show in late October; reclaimed mahogany and is only 3" x 3" x 12", big enough for a few pencils and pens.

i'll post photos of the finished table once it is complete in a few days
