tonight's dinner - simple sunday supper

ok so that title may have a bit of a wink and a nod to it since perhaps one's definition of simple differs depending on where you are. this is mine....

fresh fall salad greens from the new pittsburgh market in the strip district with fresh mozzarella, hawaiian black sea salt, good olive oil and some aged balsamic vinegar from a local 1700's-aissance faire

the celeriac/pear/potato mashup from a few days ago, now fried until crispy in some olive oil and topped with spanish pimenton

dessert tart of flour tortilla topped with fresh raspberries, australian honey, and irish butter, baked at 350degF for 10 minutes

and a glass of decent apple cider to round it all out. wish the photos were a bit better, starting to fight the change of seasons here and growing early dark. time to think about that indoor sunshineish photo lamp again
