tonight's dessert is brought to you by the previous lemon upside down cake recipe. this week i had apples (3 different kinds, and i did not even peel them) and leftover halloween chocolate wanting to be used. i am growing fond of this cake recipe for these sort of flip it over clafoutis/upside down cakes. now to commence the eating portion of our program.
