i bought a couple of pounds of goat meat a month or so ago and have been waiting until it got cooler to make a goat curry. ingredients include - juice of one lemon, onions, carrots, potatoes, beefstock, tomao paste, israli couscous and a ton of spices - ras al hanout, salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, cumin, nutmeg and saffron.
marinated the goat for 3 hours before browning it and then braising it with everything else for another hour.
and wow it was great.
