it is beginning to stay light out later in the evening which means
i can start doing food posts again for the blog.
first up a 2 stage meal
1. various vegetables roasted in olive oil, himalayan pink salt and pepper
(pre diced so they would roast faster)
2. the roasted vegetables were then mixed with
sun dried tomato couscous and served with small steak
fortified - i can begin the evening's work.
