i had some time the last couple of days to work on some new knife/spreader forms
with some scrap wood i had. these will go up on Etsy once i photograph them tomorrow.
i rather like the blunt axe head type shapes to spread/slice soft cheeses. feeling very neolithic to me.
they are quite easy to hold too.
the 3 striped grain pieces on the left are all out of horse chestnut.
