that time of year

it is that time of year again wherein i pick all of these

off my apple tree and spend hours juicing them and mixing with a variety of honeys

to make this

which will now sit while the natural yeast does its fermenting magic and sometime next spring i will have my fifth batch of cyser

i've juiced some of my pears as well and added it to the bottles. this seemed to work very well this past year. 

a big crop of apples means i am making two batches this time around.
