first 2 action card sets: weather and trade are drafted, along with the first run of ship tiles with correct resource, defense and ship cost values (and with a few roman a clef reference to friends)

also at the very bottom some captain character cards that may be used for a d12 roll bonus. more for flavor than anything (and yes that is my second life avatar as captain griffin). i had actually wanted this idea for the early stages of Aether Captains, my first game, since a captain/commander can often get more out a ship due to their strengths/personality.
