i had read about this recipe and was waiting to try it once rainer cherries were in season. run, dont walk to make this!. its indescribably good. you can smell the cherries and the rosewater and the taste is quite extraordinary and subtle
one bowl pitted rainer cherries
a few tablespoons of rosewater
toss and eat and be very well pleased
