i'll be harvesting the last of my apples soon and that will be it for the garden this season. i took a quick retrospective photo today of the things i have made:

tomato chutney
tomato ketchup
tomato sauce
roasted tomatoes in olive oil
roasted tomatoes with garlic and rosemary
roasted apples in rose caramel sauce
apple butter
sea salt with herbs
