tonight's dinner - seafood bisque


there is a good frozen bisque i like to buy and add to

tonight i ...

roasted some unpeeled garlic in a sauce pot for about 10 minutes then peeled it added it to some olive oil and let that brown. then added paprika, pepper and salt and let that sit, then added a can of medium shrimp and stirred to coat them - 5-6 minutes cooking on medium heat

then added the thawed bisque, lobster meat and a can of crab meat and let it all simmer

some garlic bread and ... dinner
