tonight's dinner - lamb loin stuffed with dried fruit

challenged to not be so fussy by someone (wink) i decided to make something with only a few ingredients and a couple of minutes to prepare. two lamb loin rounds were tied off and stuffed with dried pears, golden raisins and cherries.

seared on all sides then in the oven for 25 mins at 350 degrees with a little white wine and apple butter on them

very very good with small yukon gold potatoes boiled then sautéed til crispy with black pepper and rosemary
