i had the grand pleasure of meeting fellow pittsburgh food blogger - cookworm (see link to the right) - today for tea and an impromptu chocolate tasting out in shadyside. very talented and knowledgeable she is. i bought a bar of chocolate with bacon in it which we tried. hickory smoked with cacao goodness. and i bought another bar of the white chocolate with rosemary and hibiscus tea in it.
anyways... on the way home i was inspired to make some chocolate bark.
