tonight's dessert - peanut butter ice cream

very easy recipe this and it turns out very rich. and best no cooking!

peanut butter ice cream from 'the perfect scoop'

2 2/3 cups half and half
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup good organic creamy peanut butter
bit of vanilla
bit of salt

blend all ingredients by hand in a blender or whisk by hand until smooth. chill and use your ice cream maker

to really punch it up i added about 1/4 cup of crushed peanut brittle.

WOW Todd, your desserts look amazing!!! I can't wait to start eating dessert again...LOL I'm working up to it, just had tea for the first time in over a year yesterday!! I wished I lived closer..I'd love to try some of your creations..I am sooo envious!!!
