my craftysister, among other things she does, finds old bits of glassware at garage sales and reconfigures them into new serving pieces. she made this tart stand for me because i bake a lot of tarts.
this, then, is an inaugural apple upside down tart using cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, cloves and brown sugar on a puff pastry crust.
