i was quite surprised/pleased/excited to step off the elevator and find my work had been move slightly and was now the first thing that anyone saw when they first entered. the tables generated a lot of positive comments and touchyfeelers and ultimately 2 sales, for which i am very pleased.
some well made work was presented by everyone. i saw a few things i would not mind having myself. below are photos of the event. my camera does not work so well in low light situations so please excuse the darkness. towards the bottom is a photo of a remarkable sculpture that seemed to be a random collection of blocks glued together, but when rotated just so... well you'll find out below....
