cyser update 2

the cyser was racked today which means you siphon off the good stuff into a new clean bottle for the next step, and leave all the dead yeast and silt behind. more apple cider and honey are added to make up for what is lost in the siphoning process. now it goes in the refrigerator for a few months before i bottle it, this will allow it to become clear and develop some complexity in taste. i found some perfect bottles online last week which i have ordered as well. next up - the labelling
