today's harvest

started digging up more potatoes today which i've promptly eaten for dinner. and i made 7 more jars of pickles (this batch with a melange of garden herbs added to see what they do) (note: only 6 jars shown)

also bought a dehydrator finally yesterday. look forward to plenty of posts on the wonders of drying things. especially as the tomatoes are starting to ripen all at once
