the peaches are ripe like RIGHT NOW, so instead of working this afternoon i will be making jam. one batch with rosemary one batch without. the color in this photo is amazing dont you think? i found a new pectin that does not need sugar so back to the grocery store (where i was just at mumble...mumble...) for a good organic apple juice for the recipe
